After being underwhelmed with our single heat pump, we decided to investigate the possibility of retrofitting a central heating system into our late 60’s built home.
From the outset, David and his team were consummate professionals. We had a gas ducted heating system installed by Auckland Central Heating recently. Our house is fully insulated but was still cold with no true heating. Now that we have gas ducted heating, our house is warm within 5 minutes. I'm not exaggerating!!!
We have been blown away by how fast this unit heats our home (200sq/m of living area) It is notably faster than the heat pump in our previous home. We also got the cold air kit installed with it so we could circulate the air during the day to keep the house smelling fresh and also to bring in cooler air during hot summer nights.
I would also like to emphasise the excellent after sales service provided by Brad and Josh. We wanted to tweak the system so they bought out the service agent and had it all sorted very quickly. Nothing is ever a problem and they are happy to answer all questions (and believe me, we have had a lot!!)
A very knowledgable team and we are thrilled with our took notch experience.
